We seek a highly organised and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Transport Office Administrator. As a vital member of our logistics department, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our transport processes.

Responsibilities:
- Receive proof of deliveries from drivers and verify their accuracy.
- Thoroughly check that the customer has signed all proof of deliveries and that the agreed quantities have been delivered in full.
- Scan documents into our internal transport systems, ensuring accurate and efficient record-keeping.
- Forward necessary paperwork to our customers promptly and accurately.
- Obtain paperwork from delivery points in cases where drivers have forgotten to obtain a signed copy.
- Answer telephone calls in a professional and courteous manner, providing assistance and directing calls as necessary.
- Assist with welcoming and directing onsite visitors, ensuring a positive experience.
Requirements:
- Strong attention to detail and ability to accurately handle and process paperwork.
- Excellent organisational skills to maintain an efficient workflow.
- Proficiency in computer software systems, specifically scanning and record-keeping applications.
- Strong verbal communication skills to effectively interact with drivers, customers, and visitors.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Previous experience in transport or logistics administration is preferred but not required.
- A willingness to learn and adapt to changing policies and procedures.
