What we do
Every one of them runs out of our own site, on our own fleet, with our own people. Nothing is subcontracted out and then explained away, and the one we are still working on says so.
National & regional transport, UK wide, 7 days a week.
We can deliver your goods to all areas of the UK, Scotland and Ireland — one pallet through to 26, full load or groupage. Regional deliveries can be made using alternative-fuelled vehicles, and all trucks have in-cab technology.
More than 120,000 sq ft of BRCGS AA accredited ambient storage.
Fully racked or block stack storage in our state-of-the-art facility, for short or long-term storage, whatever the volume.
Collected from all UK ports and destuffed at our accredited warehouse.
We destuff containers, sort, palletise and dispatch within a time frame to suit — and store and re-deliver in FTL or LTL. We work with all the major shipping lines, by line haul or merchant haul, and take care of collection and restitution.
eCommerce fulfilment that streamlines the whole process.
Efficiently picking items from the warehouse, packing them securely for shipping, printing labels accurately, and shipping them out on time. Our software guides pickers through the aisles on the most efficient path.
End-to-end: your suppliers, our site, your customers.
We co-ordinate collections of raw materials from your suppliers, store and deliver them to your facility just in time, then store your finished product and dispatch it with our own fleet. We can also base our staff at your facility.

Bonded warehousing lets you hold imported goods without paying the customs duty or the import tax until they move. We are not an authorised customs warehouse yet — we are finding out how much demand there is in the South West before we apply, and the importers who tell us are the ones it gets built around.

Five today: pallet delivery and road haulage, ambient storage, container destuffing, pick and pack fulfilment, and fully managed transport. Tracking and proof of delivery come with all of them. Bonded storage is a sixth we are looking at opening — see the bonded storage page.
That is usually how it works. A container that is destuffed has to be stored, picked and delivered — and all four of those happen on our own site, on our own fleet, on one invoice.
It is the same racking. Ambient storage is goods stored at room temperature with no cooling or humidity control, and it is what we do today. Bonded storage is for imported goods, held with the customs duty and the import tax suspended until they are released or re-exported — that needs a customs warehouse authorisation, which we are looking at applying for.

Our 120,000 sq ft warehouse and container storage facilities are all accredited to the BRCGS Standard at grade AA, the independent food safety accreditation supermarkets and major organisations audit against.
